Profile
Raph holds a law degree in private and procedural law from the University of Kinshasa and has been admitted to the Kinshasa/Gombe Bar since 1996.
He has played a central role in the firm’s corporate and project-finance work, mergers and acquisitions, banking and securitisation transactions. He also advises on property, tax and employment law.
Raph assists foreign clients with establishing businesses in the DRC, implementing the complete setup process, incorporating companies, preparing the required documentation and maintaining corporate compliance. He also advises on regulatory approvals, government permits and related filings.
