Profile
Reagan holds a law degree from the University of Kinshasa and is admitted to the Kwilu Bar.
His practice covers OHADA business law, mining, maritime law, investment, public procurement, forestry, tax and banking. He has particular experience drafting commercial contracts, project-finance documentation and land transactions.
Since 2019, Reagan has served as a legal adviser to the Ministry of Transport. He also lectures at universities in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
