Profile
Loyale holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Poitiers in France and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Social Law from the Université Protestante au Congo. She has been admitted to the Kinshasa/Matete Bar since 2022.
She has experience in intellectual property, particularly copyright and related rights, including disputes involving the unauthorised use of works in digital environments. She drafts legal opinions, contracts and settlement agreements and assists clients in pre-litigation and dispute-resolution matters.
Loyale has contributed to legal research, entrepreneur training and academic activities at the Faculty of Law of the Université Protestante au Congo. She previously worked with MBM Conseil in Kinshasa and Reynal-Perret in Bordeaux.
Her practice covers intellectual property, business and corporate law, contracts, tax, digital and mining law. She advises national and international clients and represents them before administrative and judicial authorities.
