Profile
Padjabale holds a law degree from the University of Kinshasa, obtained in 1994. He served as a public prosecutor and substitute public prosecutor from 1997 to 2001 and was admitted to the Kinshasa/Gombe Bar in 2002.
Since 2009, he has served as Deputy Secretary General of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo and rapporteur of its Permanent Interministerial Commission for the Economy, Finance and Reconstruction (ECOFIRE).
He has deep experience in government procedure, interministerial matters and the development of legislative and regulatory texts, including bills, ordinances, decrees and orders. His practice also covers constitutional and administrative law, corporate law, insurance, real estate, mining and hydrocarbons.
