Profile
Polycarpe holds a degree in private and judicial law from the University of Kinshasa, obtained in 2010. He has been admitted to the Kwilu Court of Appeal Bar, formerly the Bandundu Bar, since 2014. Before joining Kalegas, he worked with several law firms, including Mukadi Bonyi & Associés and Bukatoto Mbong Omer.
His practice covers commercial and OHADA law, forestry, telecommunications, mining, customs and employment. He has participated in national and regional conferences addressing OHADA law, forest governance, wildlife crime, customs disputes, environmental health and leadership.
Polycarpe advises national and international companies and represents them before administrative and judicial institutions.
