Profile
Rebecca holds a degree in private and procedural law from the University of Kinshasa, obtained in 2018, and is admitted to the Kinshasa/Gombe Bar.
She was a member of the expert team responsible for drafting the DRC National Digital Plan and the draft Digital Code. Her practice also includes hydrocarbons, mining, telecommunications, securities, employment, corporate, energy, OHADA and environmental law.
Rebecca co-founded an environmental non-governmental organisation in 2021. She prepares legal opinions and represents national and international companies before administrative and judicial institutions. She is the author of Mort Numérique, esquisse d’une étude comparative de droit franco-congolais, published in Paris in 2021.
