He completed postgraduate legal studies at London South Bank University in 2005 and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London in 2007. He was admitted to the Matadi Bar in 2009 and registered as a foreign legal consultant in Johannesburg in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Under the convention concluded on 12 April 1978 between the DRC and the Republic of Congo, he is authorised to act as a legal consultant in Congo-Brazzaville. Before founding Kalegas, Fulgence worked with Emery Mukendi Wafwana &amp; Associates in the DRC and also practised as a legal consultant in South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>An active member of the International Bar Association, he advises on mining and hydrocarbons, commercial and investment law, corporate and OHADA law, telecommunications, securities, real estate, employment, intellectual property, business immigration and project finance.
