We are actively involved in the full range of available dispute-resolution processes. Clients regularly call on us at the first signs of a dispute for a clear assessment of their legal position, the strengths and weaknesses of their case, and the most effective route to resolution.
Our work covers mediation, narrowing the issues, expert determination, arbitration and court litigation. We appear before national courts and have rights of audience before the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA), as well as other arbitral and mediation tribunals.
